Step-by-Step Instructions
- Collect application form from local police station or download online
- Fill out the form with accurate personal information
- Attach passport-size photographs
- Attach photocopies of NID and passport (if applying for abroad)
- Submit form at your local police station
- Pay the processing fee at designated bank
- Submit bank payment receipt to police station
- Police will conduct background verification
- Verification report sent to Special Branch
- Collect clearance certificate from police station after approval
Documents Required
- National ID Card - Original and 2 photocopies
- Passport - Original and 2 photocopies (for overseas clearance)
- Recent passport-size photographs (8 copies)
- Birth certificate - Photocopy
- Visa/job offer letter (if applying for work abroad)
- Treasury challan payment receipt
Processing Time
Normal Processing: 30-60 days
Urgent Processing: 15-20 days (additional fee may apply)
