- Visit BRTA office and collect learner's license form
- Complete medical examination at designated center
- Submit documents and pay learner's license fee
- Pass written exam for learner's permit
- Receive learner's license
- Complete mandatory training period (varies by license type)
- Apply for permanent driving license
- Pass practical driving test
- Complete biometric data collection
- Pay license fee and receive smart card driving license
Documents Required
- National ID Card - Original and photocopy
- Passport-size photographs (white background)
- Medical certificate from authorized medical center
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
- Learner's license (for permanent license application)
- Driving training certificate from recognized institute
Processing Time
Learner's License: 1-2 days after exam
Permanent License: 7-15 days after practical test
Total process including training can take 1-3 months
