Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Visit the NID registration website (services.nidw.gov.bd)
  2. Fill out the online registration form
  3. Provide accurate personal and address information
  4. Upload required photographs
  5. Submit birth certificate and other documents
  6. Take a printout of the application form
  7. Visit your local NID registration center
  8. Complete biometric data collection (fingerprints, photo)
  9. Receive acknowledgment slip
  10. Wait for SMS notification when card is ready
  11. Collect NID card from designated office
Documents Required
  • Birth Certificate (online/offline) - Original and photocopy
  • Recent passport-size photographs (300x300 pixels for online)
  • Citizenship certificate or parents' NID
  • Completed application form (printed)
